Srinivas University: Clinical Psychology students take field trip to Manipal Museum of Anatomy and Pathology
Mangaluru, Jan 23, 2023: The Department of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Allied Health Sciences at Srinivas University organized a field visit to the Manipal Museum of Anatomy and Pathology for students of B.Sc. and M.Sc. Clinical Psychology on January 20.
The purpose of the visit was to provide practical knowledge to the students by allowing them to see preserved brains and various stages of human bodies, including those affected by organic diseases, genetic disorders, and other abnormalities.
After the visit to the museum, the students were taken to the “Salumarada Thimmakka Tree Park” near Manipal, where they participated in recreational activities and group games. The visit was organized by Mrs. Priyadhersini.S, Course Coordinator of the Department of Clinical Psychology, and was supported and accompanied by faculties Ms. Akshatha, Ms. Asha, and Ms. Nisha.
