CITU, DYFI to protest against bus fare hike

Mangaluru, July 29, 2021: The Mangaluru City Committee of the Center of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) and Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) will organize a protest against bus fare hike on July 31.

The protest will be held near Clock Tower Circle in Mangaluru at 5 pm.

The organizations are opposing the steep hike in the bus fare. According to CITU district general secretary Sunil Kumar Bajal, the district administration has taken this decision unilaterally.
