Pejawar Seer reacts strongly to HDK and Siddu’s statement
Udupi, Feb 16, 2021: Sri Vishwaprasanna Tirtha Sripadaru of Pejawara Matha has reacted strongly to the allegations hurled by former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy.
H D Kumaraswamy had alleged that the houses of those who did not make donations for the Rama Janmabhoomi were being marked. He had equated it to Nazi rule.
“He had served as the Chief Minister. It is not correct to hurl such allegations without proof. Neither Rama Mandir trust nor RSS is involved in such activities,” he told reporters in Udupi.
He agreed that the activists had the count of those who had donated to the temple.
“The interest of the people is much more than our expectation and we fell short of receipt books and coupons. So activists might have noted the houses which they need to contact. There is no mistake in that,” he added.
He said that such statements would only make people doubt Kumaraswamy and not against the Trust.
Sripadaru also expressed unhappiness over Siddaramaiah’s statement. Siddaramaiah had termed Ayodhya as disputed land.
“He terms it as disputed land. Doesn’t he agree with the Supreme Court order?” he questioned.
