Gold worth Rs 5.34 lakh seized at Mangaluru Airport
Mangaluru, April 15, 2022: The Customs officers at Mangaluru International Airport seized 100-gram gold worth Rs 5.34 lakh.
The gold was smuggled in form of small ring shaped circular split washer type objects concealed inside the press buttons of ladies burkha, officials said.
The passenger had arrived from Dubai on April 14 evening.
