Manipal, August 22, 2024: The Hebbar Gallery and Arts Centre (HGAC) is set to present a live music performance by renowned artists from Jodhpur on Friday, August 23, at 6 p.m. The event will take place at the Gangubai Hangal Auditorium, located within the Manipal Centre for Humanities.

This special event will highlight the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan and North India, featuring four indigenous instruments: the Sindhi sarangi, dholak, morchang, and khartal. These traditional instruments are deeply rooted in the folk and devotional music of the region, offering audiences an authentic musical experience.

The performance is free and open to the public, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are advised to arrive early, as doors will close at 6:15 p.m.
