Uttara Kannada: Holiday for schools and PU Colleges in these Taluks on July 26

Karwar, July 25, 2024: Due to heavy rainfall in the region the Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner has declared a holiday for schools and Pre-University (PU) colleges in 9 Taluks on July 26.

This closure applies to all government, aided, and private primary and high schools, as well as PU colleges, ITI and Diploma Courses in Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Dandeli, Joida, Haliyal and Yellapur taluks, ensuring the safety of students and staff amidst the adverse weather conditions.
