NEET 2024: Arjun of Expert College bags All India First Rank
Mangaluru, June 04, 2024: Arjun Kishore of Expert PU College has created history by securing the first rank in the National Entrance and Elegibility Test for undergraduate Courses this year. He has scored 720 of the 720 marks to secure the first rank in the national level of in the general merit category.
It is also a proud moment for Kannadigas as Karnataka gets the first rank the first time in UG NEET.

Besides, Sanjana Katti of the college has scored 715 out of 720 marks to secure 255th All India Rank in the general merit category. Similarly, Utsav R has scored 710 marks and 533th rank and Aman Abdul Hakim has also scored 710 marks to win 592nd rank.
While Vignesh M R with 705 marks got 1114th rank , Mihir Girish Kamath and Sai Bheshaj scored the same marks to secure 1164th and 1223rd ranks respectively. Lingaraj Hiremath, Pranav Tata R, Pratheek P Gowda, Akash S Kanakavadi, Sanjan D Swastik Akhil Sharma and Lochan B H have scored 700 marks and secured 1708, 1737, 1931, 2013, 2110, 2197 and 2198 All India Ranks respectively.
Another noteworthy point is that 4 students of Expert College have secured ranks within the top 1000 at the national level.
Will Join AIIMS: Seeing the confusion in KCET I resolved to focus on NEET. I was expecting a good rank, but not the first rank. The first rank has made me immensely happy. I would like to join AIIMS” said Arjun Kishore the topper.
“The secret of success lies in the NEET modules at Expert College, the tips and notes given by teachers along with NCERT text books and my perseverance,” said Arjun Kishore.
Arjun is the son of Dr Kishore , a resident of Mysore Gokulam and an associate professor in the department of Pharmacology in Mysore Medical College and Dr Rashmi, Gynaecologist at Cagrocare Hospital Mysore.
Expected a better rank: I am happy that I got a good rank in CET and now in NEET. But I was expecting a better rank in NEET, said Sanjana Santosh Katti of Expert College. I could have joined AIIMS had I got a better rank. Sanjana has scored 715 of 720 marks in NEET with AIR 255. She hails from Bijapur . Santhosh Katti, her father is a software engineer and Sneha Katti, the mother is a home maker.
