Bengaluru Gears Up for Jana Spandana: CM Siddaramaiah to Address Public Woes
Bengaluru, Nov 26, 2023: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is set to host a Jana Spandana program on November 27 starting at 9.30 am, with the intent of providing immediate solutions to the public’s grievances.
The Chief Minister’s secretariat has diligently organized all necessary preparations for the event. This evening, the Chief Minister’s Additional Chief Secretary, Dr. Rajneesh Goyal, visited the Home Office Krishna to review the final arrangements.
A total of 20 counters have been strategically set up to receive complaints, with an additional two counters specifically allocated for individuals with special needs and senior citizens. The received complaints will be systematically sorted according to departments and recorded in the software. Following the acknowledgment letter distribution to the applicants, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will personally address the complaints and propose solutions.
The Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister has issued a circular, mandating the presence of all Government Secretaries/Heads of Departments in person. Deputy Commissioners, Zilla Panchayat CEOs, Superintendents of Police, and all District/Sub-Division/Taluk level officers are also expected to be present at the Krishna for this crucial event.
For citizen identification during Janata Darshan, the mandatory requirement is either an Aadhaar card or a ration card. This will facilitate the tracking of application status, streamlining the process for all documented grievances.
The Chief Minister’s Home Office Krishna has been tirelessly making arrangements over the past three days. Adequate provisions, including drinking water, food, toilets, and other facilities, have been put in place to ensure the comfort and convenience of citizens attending to submit their grievances.
