The program is scheduled to be held at Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra in Kudroli at 4 pm.
UT Khader Fareed, the Speaker of the State Assembly will be present.
Dinesh Gundu Rao, the Minister for District Health and Family Welfare as well as the District In-charge Minister will inaugurate the event. Minister for Backward Classes Welfare and Kannada and Culture, Shivaraj Sangappa Tangadigi, will attend the program.
Mangalore City South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath will preside.
