Yoga, an ancient Indian science, holds immense significance in maintaining holistic well-being. Originating from Vedic literature dating back to 2000-5000 BC and the Upanishads, the practice of yoga was codified by Sage Patanjali around 500 BC. It is considered a valuable gift from the rich traditions of ancient India, promoting the unity of mind, body, and soul.

As MAHE embraces the International Day of Yoga, it aims to promote the practice and benefits of yoga for individuals seeking a harmonious and balanced lifestyle.
