Holiday for schools in Sullia Taluk on Aug 4
Mangaluru, Aug 03, 2022: Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada Dr. Rajendra K V has declared a holiday for schools in Sullia Taluk due to heavy rain in the region.
“Many roads and bridges have been breached and many places are prone to landslides. Considering the safety of the students, I have declared a holiday for all Anganawadis, Primary schools, and High schools of Sullia Taluk on August 4,” the DC stated in a press statement.
“Kadaba and other taluks, if required, decision can be made locally by BEO and tahsildars,” he added.
