Water supply to be hit in some parts of Mangaluru
Mangaluru, July 16, 2022: Due to urgent repair work in the main pipeline between Kottara Chowki and Kuloor, there will be no water supply to Surathkal, Panambur, and nearby areas for a day from Sunday morning.
The MCC has found leakages in the main pipeline near Kottara Chowki and Kuloor bridge.
“This needs to be repaired immediately. Therefore, on July 17 Surathkal, Katipalla, Kuloor, Jalligudde, Kodikal, and parts of Kana, Baala, Kulai, Mukka, and Panambur will receive no water supply from 6 am for 24 hours,” a press statement from the Mangaluru City Corporation stated.
