Uttara Kannada: Holiday declared for schools, colleges in 8 Taluks

Karwar, July 07, 2022: In the backdrop of heavy rain in the district, Deputy Commissioner of Uttara Kannada district has declared a holiday for educational institutions in 8 Taluks on July 8, 2022.

“Holiday has been declared for Schools, Colleges, Anganwadis, and educational institutions of Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Sirsi, Siddapur and Joida Taluks on July 8,” Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner stated.

Holiday has been declared in the Taluks which are experiencing heavy rain.
