Udupi: Section 144 extended
Udupi, March 31, 2022: The prohibitory orders around educational institutions in Udupi district has been extended till April 20.
Section 144 was imposed in the 200 meters radius of educational institutions following Hijab-saffron shawl row. The prohibitory orders have been now extended further till April 20.
As per the order issued by Udupi DC Kurma Rao, Section 144 will be imposed in the 200 meter radius of all the High Schools, PU, Polytechnic and Degree Colleges.
