Workshop on Project Development held at St Mary’s College
Shirva, Feb 28, 2022: A Workshop on Project Development was held for the BCA students at St Mary’s College on the occasion of National Science Day.
“Acquiring knowledge about developments in technology will help the college students as they will be able to develop the nature of innovation. Such workshops will help the students in achieving it,” Wipro Junior Associate Riyan Rishi Alphonse said.
College principal Dr. Herald Ivan Monis presided over the function.
“Along with technical expertise, comprehensive personality development is also important. Such training will help in developing the skills among the students. They will have a bright future,” Dr. Herald said.
Computer Science Department Head Lt K Praveen Kumar who spoke on the occasion said that every smart app needs an excellent idea. The startups will be successful if the companies understand the needs of the customers. Good thoughts, proper yardstick, and hard work lead to success,” he said.
“Such workshops are necessary to improve the skills and get a good job,” he added.
Wipro Junior Association Poojary Pratik Prabhakar, Lecturer Prakash, BCA students, Teaching and non-teaching staff were present.
Students Anup Nayak, Deekshit, and Sathwik Kotyan cooperated. Harishtha and the team offered prayers, Chaya A Karkera welcomed, Shravya delivered the vote of thanks. Chandana compered the program.
