Angara appointed district in-charge minister of Chikkamagaluru
Mangaluru, May 02, 2021: The state government has appointed in-charge ministers for six districts.
The six ministers include Sullia MLA and Fisheries Minister S Angara and Deputy Chief Minister Govind Karjol.
An order in connection to this was issued today.
Karjol was earlier the in-charge of Bagalkote and Karlburgi. He is now appointed as the in-charge minister of Belagavi, which fell vacant after the resignation of Ramesh Jarkiholi.
After C T Ravi resigned from cabinet to take charge of the party (as national general secretary), the post was vacant. Sullia MLA and Port and Fisheries Minister S Angara has been appointed as the in-charge minister of Chikkamagaluru.
Prabhu Chauhan was the in-charge minister of Bidar and Yadgir. Aravind Limbavali is now given the responsibility of Bidar. The post of Kolar in-charge minister to was vacant after the resignation of H Nagesh.
