Police get vital lead in Surendra Bhandary murder case

Mangaluru, Oct 26: Bantwal Police have arrested two persons in connection to history-sheeter Surendra Bhandary murder case.

Police sources said that this arrest has helped in the investigation of the case as the two arrested have provided some very important information related to the case. Detailed investigation is on.

Based on accurate information, Bantwal Circle Inspector and Sub Inspector arrested two accused- Sathish Kulal (39) of Amtadi village and Girish (28) of Bondanthila village.

Surendra Bhandary, an actor and a history-sheeter, was murdered at his apartment on October 20. The investigation was headed by Bantwal Circle Inspector T D Nagaraj.

Five teams led by Sub Inspectors- Avinash, Nandakumar, Vinod, Rajesh, Kalaimar, Inspector Ravi, and DCIB team had started the probe.
