Mangaluru Taluk records 129 cases, six deaths
Mangaluru, Aug 08: Mangaluru Taluk recorded 129 cases out of 194 in Dakshina Kannada on Saturday. All the six deaths reported today were from Mangaluru Taluk.
Dakshina Kannada crossed the 7,000 mark today. Total cases in the district are 7,075 of which 3,374 are active and 3,487 discharged.
The total number of deaths in the district is 214.

Mangaluru taluk recorded the highest (129) cases followed by Belthangady (16), Puttur (16), Bantwal (15), and Sullia (7). Eleven were from other districts.
Moodabidri, Mulky, and Kadaba did not record any cases.
