Mangaluru: A couple was assaulted and murdered by their neighbor at Yelinje Village in Dakshina Kannada district.

City Police Commissioner Dr. P S Harsha who visited the spot said that the couple- Helen (45) and Vincent (50) were assaulted and murdered by their neighbor Alphonso (55) over a petty issue.
“All are residents of Yelinje in Mulky police station limits. The accused has been apprehended and is being questioned,” the Commissioner said.
