People feel gratified after Shri Yakshi Chaudeshwari assures to eradicate COVID-19
Karwar, April 01: People of the region are thankful to the Divine power after seeing a video of Goddess assuring to eradicate the COVID-19 through ‘Abhaya Prasada.’
The 1.58 minutes video shows the chief priest of Shri Yakshi Chaudeshwari Temple of Shri Kshetra Nilagod of Honnavar Taluk in Uttara Kannada praying to the Goddess to eradicate COVID-19.
When the priest Sri Madeva Swami is about to end the prayer, the ‘Hingara,’ (arecanut flower) placed on the lower right hand of the Goddess is seen falling slowly.
Devotees believe this as an indication of the Goddess’s promise to eradicate COVID-19.
“I received the video from one of my friends. This is a famous temple and people have great faith in the Deity. Doctors are working round the clock to put an end to COVID-19. After seeing the video, we are sure the Goddess will help in this fight against Corona Virus and all our problems would be solved soon,” Janashakthi Vedike president Mr Madhav Nayak said.
