Joida records highest COVID cases in Uttara Kannada
Karwar, Oct 12: Uttara Kannada recorded 109 new cases and three deaths on Monday.
According to the district bulletin, Joida recorded the highest number of cases. The taluk had 25 cases followed by Siddapura (22), Haliyal (18), Sirsi (11), Ankola (10), Kumta (9), Karwar (6), Mundgod (4) and Honnavar (4).
No cases were reported from Bhatkal and Yellapur.
Death: Karwar, Honnavar and Yellapur recorded one deaths each.
