Srinivas University: Institute of Physiotherapy organizes National Level CME
Mangaluru, Jan 04, 2023: Institute of Physiotherapy, Srinivas University organized the 8th one-day National Level CME “Cardiac rehabilitation- an inevitable functional bypass” on Dec 29.
Over 100 delegates participated from various colleges in Procardio 2022. Six renowned speakers shared their knowledge on the importance of cardiac rehabilitation. The event started with a pre-inaugural session by Dr. Subramanyam, Professor, and HOD (Cardiology), SIMS &RC, Mangaluru.
Dr. S Rajasekar, Dean and Organizing Chairperson, Institute of Physiotherapy welcomed the guests and addressed the gathering. Chief Guest and inaugurator of the ceremony, Dr. Srinivas Rao, Pro chancellor, Srinivas University and Vice President A. Shama Rao Foundation congratulated and motivated the students. Guest of honor, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Registrar (development) was present.
Conference briefing with focus of cardiac rehabilitation was given by Dr. Premkumar, Associate Professor and Organizing secretary, IPT. Dr. Kamalakannan, Assistant Professor, IPT delivered the vote of thanks. The event was well organized with the scientific poster presentation sessions as well for the delegates.
