Swachhata Shramdaan held at Shirva
Shirva, Jan 27, 2022: Swachhata Shramdaan was held at Shirva IB premises on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day on Wednesday.
The campaign was organized by NCC, NCC, Rangers-Rovers Units of St Mary’s College, Shirva, and Shirva-Manchakal Lions Club.
College principal Dr. Herald Ivan Monis, NCC Officer Lt K Praveen Kumar, NSS project officer Premanath, Raksha, Rovers Scout Leader Prakash, Students Welfare Officer Yashoda joined hands with the students in the drive.
Cadet Senior Under Officer Vishwal S Moolya, Junior Under officer Harishitha, Suraksha, Company Sergent Quarter Master Mohith S Salian, corporal Dheeraj Acharya, Lance Corporal Lobo Ann Ria Nevil, NSS volunteers Vaishnavi, Minaz, Sinchana, Shreyas, Mohammed Aghnan, Rovers volunteers Daril, Jhansi cooperated.
As many as 50 students participated in the Swachhata Shramdaan.
Shirva-Manchakal Lions Club president Anil D’Souza, secretary Charles Mohan Noronha and club members participated. Shirva Gram Panchayat president Ramaraya Patkar who participated in the program appreciated the efforts of the students.
Shirva Panchayat member Adv Wilson Rodrigues supervised the program.
