Now Surgical Oncology OPD at Dr. T M A Pai Hospital
Udupi, Jan 06, 2022: Dr. T M A Pai Hospital, Udupi will start Surgical Oncology OPD service from January 10.
Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Shashikiran Umakanth said that the new service will be available every Monday from 2 pm to 5 pm.
“The team led by Kasturba Hospital Surgical Oncology Department Head Dr. Naveena Kumar AN will be available for consultation and second opinion on all types of cancer,” he said.
“Early detection of cancers and appropriate treatment in early stages increases the chances of complete cure. With this new service, the cancer treatment facility will be easily accessible to the people of Udupi and surrounding localities,” he said.
