Jitesh P. Awarded Chief Minister’s Medal
Mangaluru, July 16, 2025: Forest Guard Jitesh P. from the Bantwal range of the Forest Department has been awarded the Chief Minister’s Medal for his dedicated service.
With nearly two decades of experience in Panja, Mangaluru, and Bantwal regions, Jitesh is currently serving as a beat guard in the Bantwal range. He is also the President of the Association of Beat Guards and Forest Watchers in the Mangaluru division.
His consistent efforts in preventing illegal logging and timber smuggling earned him this prestigious recognition.
