Heavy Rain alert: Holiday declared for Schools in Dakshina Kannada on June 27

Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada has declared a holiday for all Anganwadis, government, aided, and private primary and high schools in the district.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rain alert for the coastal region, prompting the precautionary closure of educational institutions to ensure the safety of students and staff.
