Dinesh Gundu Rao to hold Janata Darshan in Sullia on Jan 23
Mangaluru, Jan 20, 2023: Health and Family Welfare Minister and Dakshina Kannada District In-Charge Dinesh Gundu Rao, will hold a Janata Darshan program in Sullia on January 23.
During the event, Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao will personally receive and address public grievances, ensuring swift redressal. The Janata Darshan program will take place at KVG Town Hall in Sullia and is organized with the collaborative efforts of the district administration and zilla panchayat.
Arrangements have been meticulously planned to facilitate the reception of public grievances during the event. Heads of relevant departments are urged to take necessary steps in this regard, Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan stated.
District-level officials from various departments will participate in the Janata Darshan program, ensuring that public issues are addressed promptly on-site. Special preparations are underway to streamline the process for individuals coming to submit their grievances, with the establishment of a dedicated help desk for department-wise issue sharing.
Applications submitted by the public will be promptly forwarded to the respective departments for immediate attention. Furthermore, provisions will be in place for the public to present their concerns directly to the district in-charge minister and communicate them orally.
Emphasizing a commitment to efficiency, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized that all issues raised during Janata Darshan must be resolved within the stipulated timeframe. The public is encouraged to seize this opportunity to engage with the district in-charge minister and have their concerns addressed.
