DC Mullai Muhilan Encourages Students at Pratibha Puraskar
Mangaluru, Nov 20, 2023: Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan M underscored that the Pratibha Puraskars will instill a greater sense of responsibility in the awardees.
He was speaking at the program, recognizing the academic excellence of Bal Mandir inmates who scored the highest marks in Class X and PUC. The program was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office auditorium in collaboration with the Women and Child Development Department, Education Department, and District Child Protection Unit.
Presiding over the event, Deputy Commissioner Muhilan urged the students to persevere despite life’s challenges, reminding them that divine assistance is available even when support from others may be lacking.
He stressed the importance of having faith in oneself and suggested drawing inspiration from the life of great personalities who achieved remarkable feats in their lives.
Retired Head Master Gadilingappa and officials from various departments were present.
