Maintenance Work to Affect Train Services on Madgaon Jn. – Kumta Route

Udupi, Sept 11, 2023: Important maintenance work is planned for the railway assets between Madgaon Junction and Kumta on September 14, 2023, from 11 am to 2 pm. This work will last for three hours.

Here’s how it will impact train services:

1. Train no. 09057 Udhna – Mangaluru Jn. Special, starting its journey on September 13, 2023, will be delayed by 105 minutes between Ratnagiri and Madgaon Junction.
2. Train no. 06602 Mangaluru Central – Madgaon Jn. Special, which is supposed to start on September 14, 2023, will stop its journey early at Kumta station. It will not continue its trip between Kumta and Madgaon Junction.
3. Train no. 06601 Madgaon Jn. – Mangaluru Central Special, scheduled for September 14, 2023, will start its journey from Kumta station, not Madgaon Junction. It won’t travel between Madgaon Jn. and Kumta.

Passengers have been asked to make a note of these changes if they plan to travel on these trains.
