Revised Coach Composition for Mangaluru Central- Puducherry Weekly Express

Mangaluru, Aug 07, 2023: Weekly Express Trains between Mangaluru Central and Puducherry will run with additional coach. They will now have one additional AC 3- tier coach and 3 additional sleeper coach.

Details:

1. Train No.16855 Puducherry– Mangaluru Central Weekly Express (Day of Service – Thursday) via Salem will be provided with additional AC 3-Tier Coach and Sleeper Class Coach replacing General second Class Coaches with effect from August 31.
2. The service of Train No.16856 Mangaluru Central- Puducherry Weekly Express (Day of Service – Friday) via Salem  will be provided with additional AC 3-Tier Coach and Sleeper Class Coach replacing General second Class Coaches with effect from Sept 01.
3. The service of Train No.16857 Puducherry – Mangaluru Central Weekly Express (Day of Service- Saturday) via Tiruchchirappalli will be provided with additional AC 3-Tier Coach and Sleeper Class Coach replacing General second Class Coaches with effect from Sept 02.
4. The service of Train No.16858 Mangaluru Central- Puducherry Weekly Express(Day of Service – Sunday) via Tiruchchirappalli will be provided with additional AC 3-Tier Coach and Sleeper Class Coach replacing General second Class Coaches with effect from Sept 03.

Existing Coach Composition:

 AC 2-Tier Coach-1, AC 3-Tier Coach – 1, Sleeper Class Coaches-7,  General Second Class Coaches-5 and Luggage/Brake Van coach or Second Class (Divyangjan Friendly) cum Luggage/Brake Van coach-2

Revised Coach Composition:

AC 2-Tier Coach-1, AC 3-Tier Coach – 2, Sleeper Class Coaches-10,  General Second Class Coaches-3 and Luggage/Brake Van coach or Second Class (Divyangjan Friendly) cum Luggage/Brake Van coach/Luggage/Brake Van coach/-2
