Landslide Results in Cancellation and Short Termination of Train Services

Udupi, July 27, 2023: Due to landslide between Castle Rock – Caranzol section of Hubballi Division over South Western Railway, several trains have been cancelled, short terminated, partially cancelled & diverted.

The railway authorities have requested the passengers to note the changes and have regretted the inconvenience caused.

Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train No. 17310 Vasco-da-Gama – Yesvantpur Express  journey commences on 27/07/2023, 28/07/2023 & 29/07/2023  is fully cancelled.
2. Train No. 17309 Yesvantpur – Vasco-da-Gama Express journey commences on 27/07/2023, 28/07/2023 & 29/07/2023  is fully cancelled.
3. Train No. 17419 / 17021 Tirupati / Hyderabad – Vasco Da Gama Express journey commences on 27/07/2023  is fully cancelled.
4. Train No. 17420 / 17022 Vasco Da Gama – Tirupati / Hyderabad Express journey commences on 28/07/2023  is fully cancelled.

Short Termination & Partial Cancellation of Trains:

1. Train No. 12780 H Nizamuddin – Vasco Da Gama Express, journey commences on 26/07/2023 & 27/07/2023, will short terminate at Belagavi instead  of Vasco Da Gama and is partially cancelled between Belagavi – Vasco da Gama.
2. Train No. 12779 Vasco Da-Gama – H Nizamuddin Express,journey commences on 29/07/2023, will short originate from Belagavi instead of Vasco Da Gama and is partially cancelled between Vasco da Gama – Belagavi.
3. Train no. 17321 Vasco Da Gama – Jasidih Express journey commences on 28/07/2023, will short originate from Londa Jn. instead  of Vasco Da Gama and is partially cancelled between Vasco da Gama – Londa Jn.
4. Train No. 18048 Vasco Da Gama – Shalimar Express journey commences on 28/07/2023 will be short originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco da Gama and is partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama – Hubballi and is rescheduled by 60 minutes ex. Hubballi.
5. Vasco Da Gama – Kacheguda Slip coaches by Train no.  18048 / 17604  Vasco Da Gama – Shalimar Express journey commences on 28/07/2023 will short originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama & partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama – Hubballi and is rescheduled by 60 minutes ex. Hubballi.
6. Train No. 18047 Shalimar – Vasco Da Gama Express, journey commences on 27/07/2023, will short terminate at Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama and is partially cancelled between Hubballi – Vasco da Gama.
7. Kacheguda – Vasco Da Gama Slip coaches by Train no.  17603 / 18047 Shalimar – Vasco Da Gama Express journey commences on 28/07/2023 will be short terminated at Hubballi & partially cancelled between Hubballi- Vasco Da Gama.
8. Train No. 18048 Vasco Da Gama – Shalimar Express, journey commences on 30/07/2023, will short originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama and is partially cancelled between Vasco da Gama –  Hubballi.
9. Vasco Da Gama – Kacheguda Slip coaches by Train no.  18048 / 17604  Vasco Da Gama – Shalimar Express journey commences on 30/07/2023 will short originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama & partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama – Hubballi.
