Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism Holds Orientation Program
Mangaluru, July 10, 2023: The Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism organized an Orientation Program for the incoming batch of students at the Srinivas University City campus on July 10.
The event commenced with an inaugural address by the Chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr A. Raghavendra Rao.
During his speech, Dr. Rao emphasized the significance of Hotel Management as a course that not only provides an opportunity for earning but also allows students to nourish others’ appetites and bring joy to their lives. He expressed his wishes for a rewarding and fulfilling student life for all the participants.
The Vice Chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr. P.S. Aithal, elaborated on the responsibilities and duties that the students would undertake during their tenure. A. Vijayalakshmi R. Rao, a Trustee member of the Srinivas University Board of Governors was present.
Prof. Swaminathan, the Dean of the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism welcomed the gathering. The vote of thanks was delivered by Assistant Professor Prof. Prashanth Prabhu and the program was skillfully compared by Manjushree, a student of the institute.
