Schools and Colleges to resume classes

Mangalore, July 7, 2023: With a reduction in rainfall across the district, Schools and Colleges will resume classes on Saturday.

Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada has instructed educational institutions to resume classes while prioritizing the safety of students.

Due to heavy rain, the district administration had declared holiday for schools and PU Colleges in Mangaluru, Bantwal, Mulki, Moodbidri and Ullal Taluks on Tuesday. Following red alert in the region, as per the district administration’s order, schools and PU Colleges had declared holiday till Friday.
