Uttara Kannada: Holiday for schools and PU Colleges in 5 Taluks on July 7

Karwar, July 06, 2023: In the backdrop of heavy rainfall alert, Uttara Kannada district administration has declared holiday for all Schools and PU Colleges in the Coastal Taluks of the district on July 7.

IMD has issued red alert for the region till July 7 morning.

Following heavy rain on Thursday morning, the district administration announced holiday for all schools and PU Colleges in Coastal Taluks of Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar and Bhatkal on July 7.

Udupi and Dakshina Kannada district administrations have also declared holiday.
