Prohibitory orders imposed around exam centers in Udupi district
Udupi, March 06, 2023: The second P.U.C. annual examinations of this year will be held from March 9 to 29 at 28 examination centres in the district.
To ensure the smooth and flawless conduct of the exams and to prevent any kind of malpractices, Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Kurma Rao M has issued orders to declare a 200-metre area around the designated examination center as a prohibited area.
Prohibitory orders under Section 144(1) of the Indian Penal Code will be imposed in the designated area to maintain law and order and prevent any kind of disturbance during the examination period.
The order will be strictly enforced, and any violation will result in legal action.
