Yogasana Camp at Ramakrishna Math from Nov 2
Mangaluru, Oct 28, 2022: Ramakrishna Math, Mangaladevi, Mangaluru will conduct a 15-days Yogasana Camp from Nov 2.
The Camp will be from 6 pm to 7.15 pm.
Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampady will guide the aspirants. Various Asanas, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, Mudras, Kriyas, Meditation, etc will be taught.
