Digvijaya Mahotsava of Sri Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji held
Mangaluru, Oct 16, 2022: The Digvijaya Mahotsava of Sri Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji of Sri Kashi Matha was held at Mangaluru on Saturday. The Digvijaya Mahotsava marks the completion of the ‘Chaturmasa Vrta,’ of Swamiji.
Thousands of devotees gathered to participate in this program on Saturday.
The procession that started from Sri Venkataramana Temple, Rathabeedi proceeded through Sri Mahammaya Temple Road, Gaddekeri, Manjeshwar Govinda Pai Circle, Ammembala Subbarao Pai Road, Dongerkeri, New Chitra junction, Basavanagudi Road, Chammaragalli, Kelarathabeedi, Rathabeedi and culminated near Sri Venkataramana Temple.
Saxophone troupe, Panchavadya, Chandevadana, attractive Nasik band team, Huli Vesha and tableaux were part of the procession.
The street through which the procession moved was decorated with lamps and Toran by the people. People sought blessings from Swamiji and received Prasadam from him.
