Gold worth Rs 38.53 lakh seized at Mangaluru Airport
Mangaluru, Oct 06, 2022: Customs officers at Mangaluru International Airport seized 741-gram gold worth Rs 38,53,200 on October 6.
The gold was seized from a male passenger hailing from Kasargod who arrived from Dubai by Air India Express flight.
The gold was in the form of powder mixed with solid gum secreted in his rectum.
