Additional Ganpati Special Trains between Mangaluru and Mumbai
Udupi, Aug 22, 2022: Additional Ganpati Special Trains in coordination with Central Railway will run on Konkan Route to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganesha Chaturti Festival 2022.
AC weekly special trains will run between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Mangaluru Junction.
Train no. 01173 / 01174 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Mangaluru Jn. – Lokmanya Tilak (T) AC Weekly Special:
Train no. 01173 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Mangaluru Jn. AC Weekly Special will leave from Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 20:50 hrs. (8.50 pm) on August 24, Aug 31, and September 7 (Wednesdays). It will reach Mangaluru Jn. at 17:05 hrs (5.05 pm) on the next day.
Train no. 01174 Mangaluru Jn. – Lokmanya Tilak (T) AC Weekly Special will leave from Mangaluru Jn. at 20:15 hrs (8.15 pm) on Aug 25, Sept 01, and Sept 08. (Thursdays) and will reach Lokmanya Tilak (T) at 17:30 hrs (5.30 pm) on the next day.
The train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon Jn., Canacona, Karwar, Ankola, Gokarna Road, Kumta, Honnavar, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor (H), Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki and Suratkal station.
Composition : Total 22 LHB Coaches = First AC – 01 Coach, Two Tier AC – 03 Coaches, Three Tier – 15 Coaches, Pantry Car – 01, Generator Car – 02.
