Any natural calamity-related problem can now be submitted to the district administration’s WhatsApp number 9880831516.
People can click a photo or video, mention some lines about the issues like floods, damage to houses, damage to basic amenities, or any other problems during the rainy season, and then WhatsApp the dedicated number started by the district administration. If the photos and videos have GPS details, it would be helpful for the district administration to get the exact location.
The message should mention the department from solution is sought. Proper details would help the officials to quickly respond to the problem and solve it effectively.
