Student Project Exhibition– 2022 inaugurated at Srinivas Institute of Technology
Mangaluru, June 29, 2022: The Student Project Exhibition– 2022 of Srinivas Institute of Technology was inaugurated on June 28.
Amratha K, Software Engineer, VFI SLK software, Bengaluru, was the chief guest.
She asked the students to involve in such activities. She also explained what the industries expect from the student projects and also about the challenges involved in the corporate world.
Presiding over the function Dr. CA A. Raghavendra Rao, Chancellor, Srinivas University mentioned the importance of the guidance by the teachers and the role of all the branches of engineering in the creation of new technology.
Dr. A. Srinivas Rao, Pro-Chancellor, Srinivas University and Vice-President of A Shama Rao Foundation was the Guest of Honor. He encouraged the students to develop the projects into useful products.
Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology, and Dr. Shankar K.S, Convener of the Project exhibition were present.
Dr. Shankar K. S briefed about the project exhibition 2021-22.
As many as 99 projects in all departments will be on display, out of which 10 are sponsored by Karnataka State Council for Science& Technology (KSCST) Bengaluru and 16 by VTU Belagavi. All the projects will be judged by internal and external experts. The best projects will be awarded cash prizes.
Pallavi, from the Department of Electronics and Communication, offered prayers. Sai Prasad from the department of Marine Engineering welcomed the gathering. The chief guest was introduced by Vandana, from the Department of Electronics and Communication. Jibin TV, from the department of AIML delivered the vote of thanks. Smrithi BS from the department of Marine Engineering compered the program.
