Come out of comfort zone: Prof. Narendra L. Nayak
Mangaluru, June 28, 2022: “To be an achiever, one needs to come out of comfort zone and be comfortable even in an uncomfortable situation”, said Prof. Narendra L. Nayak, Chairman, Expert Group of Institutions.
He was speaking at the joint session of the Parents’ and Students’ Orientation programme held for the newly admitted students and their parents at Expert PU College Valachil.

Prof Nayak assured the parents that their wards will get the best of education at Expert with the state-of-the-art facilities and congenial ambiance. He advised the students to be focused and disciplined to reach their chosen destination.
In her keynote address Dr.Ushaprabha N Nayak, Vice-Chairperson, Expert Group of Institutions urged the parents to play a proactive role and to be vigilant. She inducted the newly admitted students into the Expert family by administering the oath.
Ankush N. Nayak, IT Director, Expert Group of Institutions elaborated on the technical facilities at Expert and educated the students and their parents regarding the necessities of basic technical know-how in the present era especially on the Expert campus, online class platforms, digital payments, etc.

There was an audio-visual presentation depicting the glimpses of life at Expert.
Principal Dr. N. K. Vijayan Karippal presented a bird’s eye view of the norms of the institution. He also underlined the importance of hard work and time management.
Subramanya Udupa, Vice-Principal (Academics) briefed about academic planning and strategies to prepare for examinations. Shyam Prasad S, Coordinator of AICE spoke about All India Competitive Examinations leading to the professional courses. Raghavendra Shenoy, Vice-Principal (Administration), and Ramakrishna Rao, Program Director were also present on the occasion.

Students’ Welfare Officer for I PUC girls Anitha P Shetty accorded a cordial welcome to the gathering and hosted the programme. Students’ Welfare Officer for I PUC boys Srinivas proposed the vote of thanks.
