Rotary Club Manipal Town and MAHE to raise funds to treat Child Cancer patients
Manipal, April 26, 2022: Rotary Club Manipal Town (RCMT) in association with the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal will raise funds to treat underprivileged children suffering from cancer.
RCMT will organize a “Cultural Challenge – 2022” at the ‘Golden Jubilee Hall’, Canara Bank, Manipal on May 7. Several teams will compete for the traditional and folk-dance title, where the first prize is Rs. 1 Lakh, 2nd prize Rs 60,000 and the third prize is Rs. 25,000. The funds collected by RCMT will be donated to MAHE, matches the funds received from RCMT, and keeps it in an endowment fund and the interest generated will be used to treat underprivileged child cancer patients at Kasturba Hospital, Manipal.
