Gold worth Rs 10.25 lakh seized at Mangaluru Airport
Mangaluru, April 24, 2022: Customs officials at Mangaluru International Airport have seized gold worth Rs 10.25 lakh from a passenger on April 23.
Officials said that 192.320 gram gold worth Rs 10,25,066 that was smuggled in the form of two narrow straight solid metallic rod type objects.
They were concealed inside the ladies handbag.
The passenger had had come from Dubai on April 23 morning.
