TDR Adalat at Mangaluru City Corporation on Feb 18
Mangaluru, Feb 15, 2022: Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) will hold an adalat on Feb 18 to accelerate the process of granting TDR Development Rights Certificate (DRC) to citizens who handed over their land for the road widening and similar projects.
As per the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act 2021, property owners who handed over property rights to MCC for road widening five years or prior to the initiation of Amendment Act on Oct 7, 2021 will be granted DRCs though fast-track procedure.
All concerned property owners should present in MCC Committee Hall on Feb 18 at 11 am, MCC stated in a press release.
