Krishnapura Paryaya: Ugrana Muhurtha held
Udupi Jan 11, 2022: Ugrana Muhurtha was held at Udupi Sri Krishna Matha today.
Sri Vidyasagara Tirtha Sripadaru of Krishnapura Matha inaugurated the ‘Ugrana,’ (storeroom) named ‘Sumedha.’ The vegetables, rice, and other items received during ‘Hore Kanike,’ will be stored here.
“Sudhama gave a handful of beaten rice to Krishna. In turn, Krishna blessed him with wealth. Similarly, Udupi Sri Krishna will bless all those who contribute during Paryaya,” Sri Vidyasagara Tirtha Sripadaru said.
Bhuvanendra Kediyoor of Kediyoor Hotels, Rajaram Pai of Kalsanka Girija Silks, Dr. Harischandra of Gandhi Hospital, Ganesh of SKDRDP were the guests of the function.
Paryayotsava Samithi president Sooryanarayana Upadhyaya, General Secretary Vishnuprasad Padigaru, office bearers of the Samithi, Udupi district Yuva Brahmana Parishat president Chaitanya were present.
