Weekly superfast express between Madgaon and Ernakulam to be restored
Udupi, Jan 10, 2022: The services of Train no. 10215 / 10216 Madgaon Jn. – Ernakulam Jn. – Madgaon Jn. Weekly Superfast Express will be restored with effect from January 16.
Train no. 10215 Madgaon Jn. – Ernakulam Jn. Weekly Superfast Express will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 7.30 pm every Sunday from January 16. It will reach Ernakulam Jn. at 8.30 am on the next day.
Train no. 10216 Ernakulam Jn. – Madgaon Jn. Weekly Superfast Express will leave from Ernakulam Jn. at 10.40 pm every Monday from January 17 and will reach Madgaon Jn. at 11.55 pm on the same day.
Train will halt at Karwar, Bhatkal, Udupi, Mangaluru Jn., Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur Jn., Thrissur, and Aluva stations.
Composition : Total 22 LHB Coaches = Composite (First AC + 2 Tier AC) – 01 Coach, 2 Tier AC – 02 Coaches, 3 Tier AC – 06 Coaches, Sleeper – 06 Coaches, Second Seating – 04 Coaches, Pantry Car – 01, Generator Car – 02.

“All norms of State & Central Government regarding COVID-19 including social distancing, sanitization etc should be followed in trains and at the Railway stations. We request the passengers to avail the services,” Konkan Railway DGM (PR) G R Karandikar said in a press statement.
