Minor girl sexually harassed
Mangaluru, Oct 25, 2021: A minor girl was sexually harassed by a person at a beedi branch on October 24.
The 10-year-old girl had taken beedi to the beedi branch of Adam Kunhi on October 24 morning. Adam Kunhi touched the girl inappropriately and allegedly sexually harassed the girl.
Based on the complaint from the father of the girl, the police have registered a case under 354 (A) of IPC, Section 8 of POCSO Act, and Section 3 (1)(W)(I) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
