Rain damages five houses in Udupi

Udupi, Sept 14, 2021: Five houses have been damaged due to rain in Udupi district.

Many parts of Coastal Karnataka are witnessing heavy rain for a week. Officials said two houses were partially damaged in Kundapur Taluk and one each in Byndoor, Hebri, and Kaup taluks.

Udupi district recorded an average of 36.3 mm rain. Byndoor recorded the highest and Udupi the lowest.
