PHCs to maintain details of Covid patients
Udupi, Sept 14, 2021: Udupi Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao has asked the officials to document all the details of the Covid positive persons in the Primary Health Centers.
“Every PHC should have details about the Covid positive persons in its limits. It should have details like the day the patient was tested, the symptoms, health condition, and if he is at Covid Care Center, Home Isolation, or admitted to hospitals. The date of discharge too should be maintained,” the DC said.
He asked the officials to collect details about those who are yet to be vaccinated.
“A plan should be chalked out so that all those people are vaccinated during a vaccination camp,” he said.
Zilla Panchayat CEO Dr. Naveen Bhat told the officials to take help from the village level task force while declaring containment zones and vaccination camps.
